born in May 1st in Surabaya, Jawa Timur, Poppy Putri is the only child of R Johnny Priambodo and RA Emmy Sulistiowati.
Her first career before enrolled in elementary school started at the age of 3,5. She attended various fashion show competitions in Surabaya before finally achieved 250 trophies as the finalist of Ning Surabaya 2004, Miss Sophie Martin 2004, Best Voted Winner of Top Model Cardinal Aneka Yess 2003, Miss Kya Kya Kembang Jepun 2005, Miss Harley Davidson 2004, Putri Batik 2004 and many more.
Aside from her talent in modeling, Poppy Putri plunged into broadcast industry as a presenter in UPN Tv and sport program "Jawara" in Jtv.

One year after, she attended "Casting Tour" contest held by RCTI, PH. Shandika Widya Cinema and MD Entertainment. She made her way to be the first winner in presenting category and achieved 2nd position for in acting. Her achievements in broadcast industry have become the main trigger to step into entertainment world. Later, she had been trusted to present the time's most happening infotainment program, Kasak Kusuk Investigasi aired on SCTV for 4 years.
Despite all the tv shows and programs that sparkle her name, Poppy Putri proved her dedication in her education by graduating from UPN Veteran's Faculty of Social and Politics in Surabaya.
Along with her mom, she moved to Jakarta to pursue her career in entertainment industry. With her commitment in professionalism without eliminating her humble attitude, she continued to run many national television programs as a presenter and works cooperatively with her loyal clients.
